| Summary: | WHEN APPLYING BRAKES PEDAL GOES TO THE FLOOR, CAUSING EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE WHICH RESULTS IN VEHICLE GOING STRAIGHT THROUGH INTERSECTIONS. PLEASE GIVE ANY FURTHER DETAILS.*AK ADDITION TO COMPLAINT FILED: ON NOVEMBER 17TH, 2001 THE CONSUMER WAS DRIVING AT 35 MPH AND THE BRAKES FAILED CAUSING HER VEHICLE TO REAR END ANOTHER CAR. THERE WERE NO INJURIES DURING THIS INCIDENT. |
