| Summary: | CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 25MPH AS SHE WAS APPROACHING A CURB SHE WENT TO TURN, AND THE STEERING WHEEL WOULDN'T TURN. THERE WAS A TREE IN FRONT OF VEHICLE. CONSUMER APPLIED BRAKES, AND VEHICLE VEERED OVER INTO THE GRASS AREA, HITTING THE TREE. SHE CALLED A TOW TRUCK WHICH BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO DEALER'S REPAIR SHOP.
